Best Professional Data Recovery solutions?

I'm looking for the best professional data recovery solution, I checked out this one:

But I'm not able to find a lot of positive reviews which makes it uneasy for me. Preferably one that is within Canada.

Go for Kernel for Windows Data Recovery Software. It is so effective and smartly programmed application for the recovery of data from storage device which has fat and ntfs file system.

I'm not going to refute smithlynn602's suggestion, because I've never used that application so I can't comment whether it's good or bad, but be aware that he apparently only joined here to make that recommendation, so I would take that with a big grain of salt.

Then, you won't likely find "professional" help on a Forum which members are mostly "amateurs", and which is not dedicated specifically to data recovery, you might have better luck in a specialized forum often frequented by the pro's, like (example):
