I downloaded it from:

start /wait %systemdrive%\install\wmp_v9_b3133.EXE /Q:A /R:N /C:"setup_wm.exe /DisallowSystemRestore /Q:A /R:N"

I assume this will work...if you open the exe in winrar...it tells you the setup file to run is setup_wm...so this should work

when you run the exe it will create a directory in temp. or you can open it using winrar as it is an winrar sfx. the files inside are the normal wmp installation files so the switch is:

setup_wm.exe /Q:A /R:N /NoPID /DisallowSystemRestore
