Can anyone give me something like that tool by with i will possible to scan for virus totally a PC/Laptops and clean from them or maintenance a machine?

if something like such tools exists please give me link to download.

Hi ... not sure if this might be of help ... I just download the Kaspersky Rescue CD earlier today. It is an ISO that you burn to a CD to use before your computer actually starts. I usually get a new copy to have on hand every few months ...
