how to install these updates?????/

This will work for most of them....

Make a batch file with this...

echo Installing post SP3 updates...
for %%a in (*.exe) do (
start /wait %%a /quiet /norestart /nobackup )
pause

Put it in the same folder as the downloaded updates and run it.

Download them to see, recently studied this.
