Unattended Win7 installation question

Hi all, long time viewer here but now I have got a question...

I've created my unattended build with the needed applications which is beiing used by several people in the office. The only problem is, is that the image is way to big so that we need to use bootable USB-pendrives to deploy the image.

And this is the problem : When the usb-pen drive is plugged in, and the bios is set on boot from 'removeable media' the re-imaging process starts without no warning or 'press any key to continue' like you have when booting from a CD/DVD

Is there any syntax or code that I can add so that this message will popup when using a USB pendrive or something that they need to click so that they are aware before the image kick off?

Thanks a lot!

Not much info here....Add to what ? What tool did you use to make that USB stick ? How is this automated ? What OS is booted ? What program starts?

Is it not easier (and more secure) to set Boot from USB last in Bios and use F12 for boot menu when needed ?
