How I can recover my windows 7 from Microsoft

Hello every body :

I bought computer secondhand brand name : Toshiba, model : TECRA A11-11Z from few days

The old owner take it to maintenance to solve some windows problem & they delete the recovery partition, Now how i can restore my original copy "Windows 7 pro OA".

Did you get the recovery DVD with it?

No , No disk , and old owner told me there is no disk include the pack .. just recovery partition

As far as getting new media, only the recovery partition could make the DVDs. However, you might be able to purchase the DVDs from Toshiba. Otherwise you can try the Microsoft method:

AFAIK MS does not support in *any* way OEM software (such as the Toshiba installed OS surely is), entirely delegating this "burden" to the OEM, Toshiba in this case.

Very true, although Toshiba probably will want proof of ownership before shipping out a recovery DVD (which will also likely not be free, knowing Toshiba). Last but not least, usage of that recovery DVD will wipe the disk and all contents, so backup your data before using, OP .
