Yes, but it all depends what you are going to use it for. I shrink mine to about 350-380MB (install) and it takes up approximately 1GB, but I save a lot of the functions. Also, bear in mind the applications you would like to install and the pagefile. Seeing it's and SSD, it would be nice to have the pagefile on it.

A standard XP is about 1.6GB, if I remember (pagefile included). So the answer to your question is "of course". After that it all depends on what you add after install, what you use it for and if you have alternative storage capacities.
