Hey guys, I have trimmed my Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (reverse integrated) with RT7lite v1.7.0 RC. Everything is fine just one problem.

I have tried each and everything from services.msc, gpedit.msc, tried in the safe mode as well. Ran few registries, maleware removers as well, but my problem remains the same.

Please help me guys.

If you want you can try to mount your images and add the original file wscsvc.dll inside: %Windir%\System32\wscsvc.dll

Or to keep wscsvc component with rt7Lite. The best way I think!

Help:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Action_Center

http://www.win7dll.info/wscsvc_dll.html

http://www.blackviper.com/2010/12/17/black-vipers-windows-7-service-pack-1-service-configurations/

Thanks but the dll is already in the system32 folder then also the windows security center service is not starting.

I guess now I have to re-trim my OS.

It seems the service is removed inside the registry (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wscsvc) and also inside %Windir%\winsxs.

Anyway, read carefully the description of the component you want to remove definitely!

Thanks mate for trying to help me, but finally I had to re-trim my OS. This time I trimmed my OS with vlite and guess what everything is picture perfect.

Thanks to all.
