I add two language for my Windows. (English & French)

But when all is installed Windows default language is not English but French.

And I want the default language is English , what do you do?

What edition of Windows is this, and what was the default language of the original media you installed from?

I have Windows 7 Ultimate. After installing Windows first language is French, not English.Why should Alt and shift keys to change the language Windows.

I know in windows how this problem can be solved, but I want this problem to be solved before installing Windows.

for add language I used RT7Lite.Or in other words my Default input Language is French.
