Appreciate any tips on USB Boot software that works with nLite ISOs.

You don't need to "redo".

You need to read the stickies in the given forum, they are all aimed to have an XP install (possibly from a nlited source) from a USB device, you read them, than you choose one and see what happens.

/and if there are problems, then you ask for help there)
