September 27, 201015 yr I want to change my XP Propessional (32bit) bootskin. For this I have edited four files ntoskrnl.exe, ntkrnlpa.exe, ntkrnlmp.exe, ntkrpamp.exe. September 28, 201015 yr How did you edit the 4 krnl...exe files, with what bitmaps are??How did you changed in your system?Picture rules for .bmp are: 640 x 480 pixel, 150kb and 16 MS-colour palette, 4 bit.

I have changed two images. These are 1.bmp and 5.bmp. 1.bmp is my desire picture. It is 16 colour, 640x480 size and 150 kb by photoshop. Another one is black and it is also apporiate size and colour.I have replaced them successfuly by Resource hacker. But bootskin appears as watermark. Prevew Below is my desire picture. So I am to install them during XP installtion. But the addon downloaded from online works fine.2. In the 3rd session of installation setup does not parform settings (for example: Next, skip,finish etc)automatically. I want it will be parformed silently.3. I've added cursor addon as hotfix. It is istalled silently but I can not find it default. How can I make it default cursor?
