Andromeda43 Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 There are several Time programs that will read the time from the National Time Server and download it into the system clock on your system, which is actually the clock on your motherboard.You can set that manually, by entering the BIOS during boot up. Open Local Security Policy3. Go to Local Policy > User Rights Assignments > Change the System time , double click to open it.4. You will see the options to add and remove user groups.
