I am using WPI 8.0.3 and have an issue with all the tick boxes being selected by default despite setting dflt[pn]=['no']; in the config.js file for each application. This may be something I'm missing but can anybody help / advise?

What do you have selected in Config Wizard -> Configurations tab? If it's "default", then only the one's set to 'yes' should be checked. Make sure it's not All.
