Few Problems with Windows 7, please help me guys

Featured Replies

Hi guys recently I have formated my lappy and installed windows 7 Ultimate (trimmed one), I have uploaded the last session.ini here. After installation I am facing following problems:

1. I am unable to use this application: http://www.shaplus.com/dataone/

We use this application to see our internet usage as we have limited download-upload facility. I am getting this problem after trimming my OS, but I am unable to understand which component I have removed my OS which is essential for this application.

2. I am unable to install NOD32 Antivirus as well as Smart Security. I have downloaded a trial version of NOD32 Antivirus as well as Smart Security but when I tried to install after some time I got this screen.

I have tried each and every thing I have restarted my lappy, even I tried to install this application even after a clean insall, but failed to install. Please help me guys.
