todarsey Posted February 11, 2010 Posted February 11, 2010 I have just received a Bizhub C450 all in one laser printer. I am having some problems getting the scanner to save to SMB on a network share on our Windows 2008 domain. Our domain is company.local and I am using, for now, my login cred to try to get it working. I have tried to set the admin network settings as company and company.local and tried using the creds of user, company\user and company.local\user. The only error I get is "The job has been done improperly. Check the log" But I have no problem scanning SMB to a computer that is not on the domain. Any ideas?
