well i think i do have EAX support since in star wars republic commando i can go up to eax 2.0

with the old onbored i woundent get any eax at all

You'd be better off buying from Newegg instead of ebay. At least then you'll get the CD. Or check Pricewatch which has legacy listings. I don't think any other distributors (Ingram, D&H) are going to have older cards that you need.

Snap, just came into the office and got these:

That card is build week 23 of 2002, so it's a new version of the Soundblaster 5.1 (not Life! and i think still based on their vibra chip).
