You can use Vlite to integrate SP1 into the install WIM.

Microsoft has allowed end users to create their own SP1 integrated media. This is how I created mine. I only have RTM install CDs downloaded from Microsoft. You must use the SP1 redistributable file, and run VSP1CLN and POSTREFLECT.
