USSF = Universal Silent Switch Finder

You can analyse your Setup-Files like EXE or MSI to get the Switches for a silent install.

If USSF is integrated in context-menu it`s easy by right-click on the installer > Find Switches.

Ok... try Babelfish. Select text or webpage and ask for translation. Granted, it will not be a totally accurate translation (English to Dutch), but it may be close enough.
