Trouble Running nLite

Featured Replies

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Have tried rebooting, reinstalling, using an older version, proper .NETs are installed. Would really like to use this program to slip my version so I can get my RAID drivers on and slim down XP from useless stuff... I'll prolly have plenty of questions along the road.

Thanks

Please help! My current XP Pro install is having serious issues and I'd like to do a full reinstall very soon!

All I can suggest is to try on another pc or laptop.:) Software can be weird sometimes. You don't perhaps have TopDesk running? I noticed it interferes badly with Windows and other software.

Ashbringer, have you done a search here? Lots of people have had this same problem. It appears to be a .NET problem. Remove it and reinstall. Please let us know if that cures your problem. Enjoy, John.

In other words, if I am allowed a little joke  this:

proper .NETs are installed.

should become:

.NET is installed properly.

:P

+At what point exactly do you get that 000007B message ?
