Slipstream .NET Framework 3.5 SP1?

Is there a way to slipstream .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 into Vista SP1 or Server 2008 using vLite? Can I just add it during the integrate process?

No you can't but you can by Reverse Integration!

Might seem like a bind first time you do but it has it's advantages. You can add any apps you want. Office, Nero etc. etc.etc.

Follow these instructions but don't add the Service Pack (Assuming you already have it)

I do reverse integration for all my family/friends Vista builds. Only thing you can't do is "current user" reg settings from my experience. When you do it though, it's limited to 3 times per image. But if you're doing it in the first place, you know they'll come back the rest of the time(s).
