Yes i have the same problem. I can enabled all option related to hibernate but unfortunately. No hibernate option shown in my start menu. I just wanted to know that is there any way to forcibly show hibernate in start menu. thanks in advance.

Stop using big red letters. Use normal letters as everybody on this forum. It's really annoying and non polite. The guy who told you to do this here was just an ironic way to tell you NOT to do this.
