waik Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 installed the final version of vLite, on the start it asked me to install / download " waik " did that - burn it - ran it - it installed itself fine go back to vLite, it still asking me to "install" " waik " ( i - click ok, goes to micro page to download it again ... )( - click cancel vLite - closes ... ) any knows what the problem ps uninstalled the "final" version of vLite and installed the 1.2 rc - that one works (runs) without asking to install anything ...
WisconsinPlatt Posted October 31, 2008 Posted October 31, 2008 I am also seeing this issue with 1.2 FinalI'm running Windows XP SP3, downloaded-burned-installed WAIK. Rebooted. vLite still wanted WAIK to be installed when I launched vLite.Uninstalled vLite 1.2 and installed 1.2rc and that works.

Same here, WAIK is installed and works fine.But Vlite says wimfltr is not installed, but im 100% sure it is.Where do i find older vlite versions?
