I just ran into the same problem with my XP x64 SP2 cd...

Nobody ever solved this problem?

I have checked out my WINNT.SIF file and it contains the key.

I can enter the key manually and it works.

But it won't insert the key from the WINNT.SIF for some reason...

Can you guys see if your [Data] section has

UnattendedInstall=Yes

in it? Yeah, it might be obvious but it's worth checking
