Zenskas Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 uTorrent all the way. So small, yet easy to use, customizable and efficient...been using it for a while now with zero problems.
oskingen Posted May 9, 2009 Posted May 9, 2009 +1 utorrent forever. I can't understand people still using azureus, vuze, bitorrent...
Zenskas Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 Wow utorrent is very popular. But it can be expected for something that is so small, free and just works!
ripken204 Posted July 9, 2009 Posted July 9, 2009 Wow utorrent is very popular. But it can be expected for something that is so small, free and just works!it wiped the competition in this poll i've been using it since it advertised itself as being under 100kb
HaggisHunter Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Haven't used any of them since I was badly burned by a virus while using Limewire - the virus slipped thru Norton 360 and destroyed my laptop. Luckily most of my business-critical files were off-line at the time but it still cost me untold agony recovering my personal stuff like irreplaceable photos of parents and grandparents. Are there any peer-to-peer programs that are actually safe? I now use ZoneAlarm Firewall as well as Avast, AVG and Threatfire anti-virus programs, so I think I'm fairly safe - but it would still be nice to have peer-to-peer software I could trust!
