so just take out the 1st backslash

so your code is

%cdrom%setup\........

because it looks like your cdrom variable is already putting the D:\ in thus your getting that backslash + your own

%cdrom%\\setup\.....

That %cdrom%\ bug has been cleaned up. It will now work either way: %cdrom%Install -or- %cdrom%\Install. It was a lingering path quirk like mentioned above. It never should have been allowed to be that way when the code was first written. Same goes for %root%.

Let me know if any other path variable works like that.

it must be hard coded in then

cdrom variable must be equal to root drive + WPI

thats why %cdrom%=d:\wpi\

so your only work around is to keep D:\WPI.. then u can change the next directory paths

its really not THAT big of a problem, unless u r trying to make your cd look "professional" but 1 folder isnt a big deal @ all imo
