Separating Vista Editions

Featured Replies

Hey Guys :

I have a Vista AiO DVD9 MSDN Release, that has all SP1 Editions in both x86 and x64bit architectures, and I want to make a standalone Vista Ultimate SP1 x86 same to x64bit, AkA a DVD that has Vista Ultimate SP1 x86 ONLY !!!! Nothing else no other editions, without altering it @ all not even unattended. I'll be using my legit product key if you were wondering.... How can I achieve that ? Can you post a guide of some sort ?

Well yeah among other things, The main reason I'm requesting those is that they'll be useful for customization .... Later on I mean ...

Use the export switch.

Example :

imagex /export I:\VistaAIO\x86\install.wim 4 I:\VistaAIO\Distribucion\SOURCES\install.wim "Windows Vista ULTIMATE"
