zaph1 Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 No matter what I try, my MCE 2005 images always come out as Version 2002. I have an actual Retail MCE 2005 CD that I am creating my images from. As soon as I slipstream SP3 and install from the resulting images, Windows recognizes it as Version 2002. This is only an issue because the Microsoft Zune will only work on MCE 2005. Their software will not install on MCE 2004 or earlier, regardless of the updates.Also, all versions of Windows XP seem to show "version 2002" after working with nLite. Any ideas?
