pc freezes

hi guys can anyone help me out on this 1 my pc freezes when ive got xp pro on dosent happen all the time but annoying when ive got vista on it dosent freeze anyone know what to do or what causes it to freeze on xp tnx

in order for us to help you, u have to help yourself

u need to list your specs, u also need to give more detail, it could be anything from a registry entry , to a currupt file or even your computers hardware

what are u doing when this happens? have u tried anything?

without the above information MCT asked for the first thing I would check are the fans and heatsinks in your system to make sure it is cooling properly.

my specs are x2 dualcore processor 64 5000+ geforce 8500gt graphics card 2 gig of ram
