Hi everyone,

On a Windows XP SP3 i add a script that install updates at T-12.

i run all my update at t-12 and for an unknown reason, KB940157 wont run

if i run it manually at t-12 (shift-f10 trick)

i have an error stating that Terminal Server Service must be enable.

Any idea?

Same here no matter in what way i try to install, it just wont......

There is a RunOnceEx addon on RVM

Just run it from RunOnceEx:

REG ADD %KEY%\058 /V 1 /D "%systemdrive%\SOFTWARE\INSTALL\DesktopSearch\WindowsSearch-KB940157-XP-x86-enu /quiet /NoRestart" /f

it screws up the outlook express if its installed from RunOnceEx. So after RunOnceEx is done, restart and install.

No problems with Outlook Express on the system I did this on ...

may be its just me, it shows a dialog saying it cant switch identity...etc..etc.. After unistalling windows search, it goes off.
