PC_LOAD_LETTER
just ran into this one the other day http://www.gomlab.com/eng/GMP_download.htmljust checked and 98 SE is on the support list. it might be your best option now that videolan say 98 isnt supported anymore (might still work though)
Sfor
The GOM player seems to be working quite well. But, I had to uninstall the KernelEx 0.3.4. As, the GOM Player hanged with the KernelEx present.
Kwibus
I use Media monkey for playing music. It still supports win 98With version 3 the database sometimes get's damaged when the computer hangs so you have to rescan all the tracks. It also uses quite a lot of system resources. You could use version 2 as well I do not think you'll miss much functions and it should use less resources.I also had a program that did not work with kernelex 0.3.4. It did work with KernelEX 0.3.2 all though you can run less win xp programs with kernel 0.3.
