June 17, 200818 yr How do I combine the files from each cd so I can strip it using nlite? I just turned them both into .iso'sAre you thinking of 1 iso split in 2, or 2 different iso's?
June 17, 200818 yr How do I combine the files from each cd so I can strip it using nlite? I just turned them both into .iso'snLite doesn't work from iso. It copies all the data in a folder on the HDD first. You can also do that manually. Start from there and see if there are any further problem.
June 17, 200818 yr im thinking he is talking about xp mce with the mce cd being the second cd.Probably, good job mind-reading that one =)Having said that, shouldnt Nlite be capable of detecting whether or not to ask for cd2, if the original windows product is of that nature?Like 2003 R2 is also 2cd's as i recall. (r2 d(isc)2, lol)
June 19, 200818 yr Author Actually the os is server 2k3 standard sp2. I ripped the 2 cd's into iso's. How would I combine the two split iso's so that I can convert them into a folder for nlite.
June 21, 200818 yr Hello,I would use 7-zip (www.7-zip.org) or a similar program that can open ISO files. That way, you can get the files without having to combine the ISOs.I think you would copy all of the files into the same folder, but I could be wrong. (Someone else know this for a fact?)You could also just mount the ISOs with an ISO mounting program (none come to mind off the top of my head)-Brian Edited June 21, 200818 yr by Brianstein
