ITinerant Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Like the topic says, any reason not to use my last session from 145 Final on this new 146 version?I have it tweaked sooooooooo good I'd hate to risk screwing anything up. Thanks nuhi. You da Man!
TranceEnergy Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 I have never had such problems, but if you want to be safe, just simply open the preset in notepad or other editor, and copy&paste as you see fit.I'm doing a install with 1.45 preset loaded into 1.46 now and everything seems to work just perfect.
PC_LOAD_LETTER Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 hah. i read that backwards as "145 final Last Session K.O. for 146?" and though you posted something about boxing records in the nlite forum. i clicked through to move to gen discussion and had to re-read the title.but to answer you question, no there shouldnt be any side effects nLite changelogv1.4.6 * fix: XP SP3 manual install (winnt32) issues

PC_LOAD_LETTER Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 i think hes saying manually edit the lastsession.ini file to remove any changes if problems arise. but i dont think they will.
Octopuss Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 That wouldn't work. How would you tell a problematic line from gazing into the file?
