should i go back to my Sempron 2800 or Overclock 3300+ to a 3400+?

everytime i try to play a game on my pc, this blue screen pops up:

First off try to update the video driver and see if the issue remains.

If you get this screen on just one certain game your playing, try going to the game's website and see if they have a patch to fix it. If it's doing it to every game then I say go with nitroshift's route.

Try the video card update first, if that doesn't help... I managed to find this after a quick Google. It's a lot of reading, but there are two KB articles at the bottom that might be applicable as well.

Also... overclocking a system that isn't stable to begin with is not a very wise idea. Everything should be running well before you try to overclock.

Set in your BIOS the shared memory usage to "AUTO" and try if that helps. Also do a BIOS reset before this to make sure your BIOS is absolutely clean.
