Install Loop Nlite XP SP3 on Virtual Machine

Wanted to see if anyone had any ideas here. I just got an Nlite setup with SP3 using Nlite 1.4.5 final. I have tried many different options and nothing seems to work. My issue is this.

Before I'm happy with an OS install I like to set up on a Virtual Machine first. When I run my Windows setup it will let me format the drive, then it copies files needed for setup. After it's done there the system will do the first restart. Upon boot up from the first restart it will loop and keep rebooting. A message will say "setup is being restarted". Then it will boot again and again and sometimes a small error box pops up, but it's gone before I can read it.

I have a clean XP SP3 slipstreamed CD not touched by Nlite. This one works just fine. Of course I want Nlite to further customize my install and add programs.

Before SP3 I did use Nlite to set up XP with SP2 and lots of tweaks and programs added. On my VMs these setups always worked fine. My new VM is set up just the same as the VMs I used for SP2. I really don't think it's VMware.

Any ideas?

Solved:

I finally figured this out in case anyone is trying this and having issues similar. I was trying to add hotfix:

IE7-WindowsXP-KB947864-x86-ENU.exe

This caused the looping reboot for some reason. Took it out and all is good.
