gsharad007
hey,i just updated to vlite 1.1.6 final from the RC and suddenly the same config which used to work (by work i mean add role/feature wasn't broken) isn't working any more in the final. is there any specific change which might have broken this.i do understand that 2008 isn't being supported (for reasons i don't comprehend) but i am ready to help test in anyway i can. i was before this happened trying to make a complete list of stuff which broke add role/feature.thanks

MagicAndre1981
nuhi changed some parts of the removing routine, because all older version have a bug, that I you intergrate Fixes to your Version and use the add/remove feature inside your online Vista, the files are roll backed to the original Sp1 RTM file versions. This would explain why Final fails.if you want Add/remove feature you should stay at 1.1.6 RC
