Windows Updates Downloader 2.25

Windows and Microsoft Update hasn't worked in months. I've tried many "fixes" but none have worked. If I try to access the website, my computer freezes and must be turned off totally and then restarted. I just found the WUD 2.25 but being a novice, have no idea where the downloaded updates went nor how to find and install them. Please help.

Have you tried running Dial-a-fix to try and fix your Windows Update? If it's freezing you may have more severe issues.

Sounds like you're either experiencing hardware or driver issues.
