The modified NTDETECT.COM can also be made from Hex_NTDETECT_COM.txt file in Help_Info folder.

You have to do it yourselves, according to the link in the FAQs

FAT format has a max size of 2GB and so FAT USB-stick is not useful for Vista Setup files.
