The below is a email sent from the system administrator on the exchange server to my inbox about 300 of these messages and i did not send any of these emails, is there a way on the exchange server 2002 to stop this? or is this to do with client side

The email is an NDR. Someone spoofed your email address. So any emails that are non delivered, you get an NDR in your inbox because your email address is in the senders line. Nothing is wrong with your exchange server. But if you have some anti spam software, you might config it to block or send to a quaratine folder.

is there a way to set symantec anti virus program on the server to catch these spoofings?

using Norton anti virus

do i have to do this on the server side or the client side?
