is there a way to set symantec anti virus program on the server to catch these spoofings? using Norton anti virus do i have to do this on the server side or the client side?

The below is a email sent from the system administrator on the exchange server to my inbox about 300 of these messages and i did not send any of these emails, is there a way on the exchange server 2002 to stop this? or is this to do with client side Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Can anyone help me, i have a HP proliant ML350 G3 server with 5 hot swapable drives at 36.4GB each and i need to add another 36.4GB as i am running out of space. Does anyone know how i can go about this, i have never done this before so i would need step by step guidence on this. I am running a raid 5 setup. thanks you all.
