"copy to" in the user profiles grayed out

I am trying to create a universal image and am stuck at the first step. 1. Created xp installation with service packs 1 & 2 slipstreamed.

create the user profile

but When I look under the advanced seting user profile. The copy to option is grayed out. Any options to get the profile out

You need to log on as an other user (administrator for instance) and then you'll be able to copy from your temp user to the default user (if that's what you want to do).

It's also possible that the user your trying to use is cached in the system somehow. So a restart and login as a different user will fix that.

Created xp installation with service packs 1 & 2 slipstreamed.

You don't need to slipstream both service packs...just slipstream the latest SP you can/want to/need to use for your environment.
