what is the reasoning behind the idea that a Chinese member has a better knowledge (instead of English) of German and not, say, Portuguese?

Nice try, however! :thumbup

i asked outlook express and ie icon you are speaking what? im turkish

Unless there is an other problem and if the programs are still there,

C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

and

C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe

create shortcuts of them and put them in

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs"

+ :D @Jaclaz

@outcastc

Happy you managed to solve your problem. :)

About my off-topic remark, it came straight out of this previous thread on boot-land:

It seems that the mapping of "ununderstandable" languages changes from country to country....

We have found till now:

Chinese

Arabic

Greek

Turkish

Double-dutch

"a book from Heaven"

and, of course, English:
