tain Posted December 19, 2007 Posted December 19, 2007 Has any thought been given to renaming the Hotstream subforum to something more descriptive?To someone new to the forums the term "Hotstream" is basically meaningless, admittedly so is "nLite", but as that has its own full forum, nLite gets a descriptive line of text.Or perhaps the subtext for "Other Member Contributed Projects" could be changed to something like:"Windows Installation Helper Utility, XPCreate, Windows XP Power Packer, Win2000 SP5 (unofficial)"Any thoughts on this from the rest of the Hotstream community?

He was very ill even while working on USP. Is his work being carried on?I wish him well.
Kelsenellenelvian Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Yes his work is being carried on now. 5.2 is in the works but will take awhile as I have to figure everything out. I have succesfully added 2 hotfixes so I am making progress!

At least with XPCREATE and Windows XP PowerPacker, you know they relate to Windows XP in some way.I would suggest altering the main page display to the following:Other Member Contributed ProjectsApp install & account prefs, Updated XP CD, All XP editions in one install media, Win2000 SP5 (unofficial)Subforums: Windows Installation Helper Utility, XPCREATE, Windows XP PowerPacker, Hotstreamand the Other Member Contributed Projects page to:HotstreamWindows 2000 "Hotstream" Project: Unofficial Service Pack 5
