Unless what I have is different? Stock intel fan.How often should you replace the grease coating or the pads? Would actual tubed grease be better? Cleaning looks like it's going to be fun down the road, lol.The plastic part is just a little protecting peice so the buttom doesn't get scratched or something. I wouldn't think it would be in the instructions. Pads? It isn't really grease tho. Thermal Paste is the term to use.
