I sort of thought that. "Last Session" is the 'last' session, where the others are previous sessions. Might want to think about changeing that. I talked with a friend at work who I told about nLite. He likes Vista (no idea why) and at the time I didn't know there was a 'vLite' version for Vista. He told me nLite hangs at 9 minutes durning the Saving settings also. He also told me he believes there is a driver that loads twice and that is why the process is 'hanging'.
