Sounds like a misconfigured Vlite compilation.

Do you have the DVD scanned for errors?

After I redownload am testing or the same condition

file is: %wpipath%\Common\Installer.hta

After redownload problem is still here...

Ok which method are you using to initialize WPI?

I launch WPI from a DVD

I too have experienced same in XP haven't tried it on Vista atm, but will DL the silent update & report.
