Hi I would like to know how to protect my UA XP CD from (1) being copied to system & (2) cd to cd copy using cd burning softwares. is it possible.

Agreed. There is nothing you can do that will stop someone from copying the contecnts of your CD. If there was Microsoft would be richer!

just make it unusable to anyone but those that know the password

My UA cd renames the admin account and sets a password that only I know. if the CD falls into the wrong hands, it wont be of any use to the without an offline password cracking utility unless the reauthor the .sif file but if they know how to do that, they prolly have their own license anyways
