You could monitor the nero.exe process with Process Explorer or FileMon and look for the file read errors. BTW I recommend you use the "verify" feature to check if your burns are really good. puntoMX Posted November 29, 2007 Share Posted November 29, 2007 This goes deeper then only Nero, it’s properly a bad or not installed driver, BIOS settings, ASPI system error or bad media (CD/DVD).So:Does it happen with al disks that you burn, e.g. also with 400-500MB of data on the disks?Did it happen after you install software that could have altered the ASPI system, e.g. CD/DVD emulation program or different?Did you install all the drivers for the ATA/SATA controllers? If so, try to reinstall them and see if that helps.BIOS setting are all set on auto for the drives on that ATA channel?If this is too technical, just tell us .Welcome to THE forum by the way!
