grafx1 Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) i think there is some bowing in my lap TFT screen ie: the horizontal lines are slightly curved,this appears mainly in text documents !! what i know bowing can occur only in CRT monitors not TFTs !!also, after warming up, i think bowing decrease.please, what's your advice ? and is there any thing that i can do ?- it's a new acer budget laptop "as4315" running 1280x800 resolution on 14.1 TFT with updated drivers for intel 965 graphic chip and OS: Vista premium.Thanks for your support... Ponch Posted November 14, 2007 Posted November 14, 2007 Flat screens are points, immobile pixels. If the lines are bent, your screen is physicaly disformed.
