I use all 3 types of addons:

INF

SVCPACK

WPI

They all have their pros and cons but mainly I use mostly INF addons, a few SVCPACK addons (Messenger, .Net Framework 1.1+2.0) and I use WPI for those programs that can only be installed with RunOnceEx (Windows Defender, .Net Framework 3.0, Nero, Paint.NET, Office 2007, Daemon Tools, etc, etc)
