Hello

im trying to offer remote assistance from win 2003 to win XP, while "offer remote assistance" policy is enabled, im the admin, "simple file sharing" is disabled, and the remote assistance is enabled on the XP machine i still get the same result

"Access to the requested resource has been disabled by your administrator"

What should i do then?!

and by the way the remote access to the same machine works fine!

Hello, do u want me to make sure that it's enabled or disabled?!...any way i disabled the remote assistance feature from the GPO then enabled it again, i even made sure that the remote help service is enabled, but i still have the same message, and im the **** administrator of this server, so why is it telling me that "your administrator has disabled bla bla bla"?!!!!!
